Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Shipping Times

  • USA/Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages
Tech items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability.

Delays
Shipping times may be affected by customs, holidays, or high demand periods.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns or replacements for:

  • Defective or malfunctioning items

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

Proof Requirement
Customers must provide photo or video evidence showing the issue. This helps us process your claim quickly.

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect usage or physical damage caused by the customer

  • Minor variations (color, design differences)

  • Compatibility issues if product specs were clearly listed

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → we cover it

  • For other returns → customer is responsible

No Need to Return (in some cases)
For low-cost tech items, we may issue a refund without requiring a return.
